What is the standard delivery timeframe for my order?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location and the specific product type, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
Do you provide technical data sheets for your products?
Yes, Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available for all our industrial coatings. You can find them on the product pages or request them directly from our customer service team.
Can I return a custom-mixed paint or coating?
Items that are custom-mixed to a specific RAL, British Standard, or bespoke color code are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Standard stocked items can be returned within 14 days in original, unopened condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer B2B credit accounts for frequent trade customers subject to status approval.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we can ship many of our products globally. However, because some coatings are classified as hazardous goods, shipping rates and restrictions vary by destination. Please contact us for a custom freight quote.
